Keira's 1st hair shave @ 1-month old

Gosh..OMG...I shan't be sacastic... but I just can't help laughing at Keira after her hair shave! She looks simply "botak"! Traditionally, the old folks believe that shaving baby's hair at 1st and/or 4th month will help in hair growth - thicker and faster... Well, this is probably the only "myths" that I follow and possible believe, not because I am superstitutious but I think from a logical point of view, it makes sense... coz hair will grow faster due to the stimulation of the shave! Anyway...check this out... izn't that funny?

Ok... I am really bad.. I asked my mum to hold Keira's head still and I took a picture of her head from top-down... so it gives a more defined perspective of how this round thing really looks like. Oh.. btw, this shave/cut costs SGD8/- and my mum brought me to this particular hair salon in Chu Chu Kang where my niece used to shave her's too... apparently this stylist has the experience with bb shave.. so I feel more at ease with that...

Oh.. my god! It hurts so much.. had my 2nd Hep B dose yesterday at PD...

My weight at one month old = 4.2kg, just the right weight gain...I am expected to gain one kg every month in 1st 2 mths.. and glad mummy managed my weight gain well haha... otherwise I will be overfed by daddy.. . My length = 54cm.. I grew only 3cm?? how can that be.. I actually look alot longer than when I was born.. the nurse at clinic must have made an error.. or she did not stretch my legs fully la.... haha

And... here's one ugly shot of me in my "ah-mah" shorts... and put on by my grandma.. Hear me: mama was so shocked when she came home to find me sleeping in this big ah mah shorts... haha and mama woke me up from his "shock"....! I heard her asking grandma why such big shorts and making me look so ugly and "ah-mah".. :-p

Well... frankly, I love it! coz at least I do not need to show my nappy anymore!

So.. let me show you.... this is grandma carrying me...can't see her face clearly? haha.... coz I still want my face to be seen more... so either or.. ha.. ofcoz mine! anyway.. not my problem, really... it's mama's fault coz she took this shot!

yeah... my 1st month.. and that also means end of mummy's confinement..haha . I just love the heart-shape romper that mummy bought for me from Osh Gosh Baby in Seattle.. haha.. and I was still in mummy's tummy then at 4th month... I have to wear all these clothes before I outgrow them..


That's me with Hello Kitty cake.. hmm... why I am able to sleep with such delectable cake beside me? ... ZZzz...zzzz...zzzz.... and still zzzzz-ing.... what's wrong with me?

See the little cutie next to me? That's my cousin Karin! Is she eyeing my Hello Kitty cake??? OMG... I have to watch over it before it's gone!
