Papa's Effort - The Passport... again....

I wanna share with all, her papa's effort.... yes.. the passport saga again.. haha.. anyway.. papa was stucked to his PC last nite.. and I was wondering what he was doing the whole nite! Still so engrossed with Keira's passport pics and finding them entertaining ...... papa re-visited the pics.... and here is what's been keeping him busy the w-h-o-l-e nite !!! ....

Keira slurped Mr Dentinox! OMG...!!!

I just wanna roll my eyes about Mr Dentinox and Ms Keira the Terror....... the story goes like this...

So I bought Mr Dentinox last Friday, and on that same nite I applied some on Keira just so she can have a good nite ZZzz.... but... guess what... when I tried to apply Mr Dentinox on her gums, Keira started slurping all up with her tongue! *faint*

Did she think I was applying some yummy gello on her???? arrghh.... *faint*

Anyway, over the next 2 days... same thing happened... Keira happily slurp every bit of Mr Dentinox up in a split second! OMG... I wonder if Mr dentinox had a chance to create any value in her! Up till today, I have yet to see any tooth sprouting out of her gums... although like what my dear mum said, her gums are indeed "hard" .... haha....

Oh, I have not been able to post on Sat and Sun...
Sat - went to IMM in the morning, but had very bad headache that started late morning! Well, I wasn't sure if it's my migraine relapse or due to 1st knock by Keira's pacifier + 2nd knock by bathroom curtain rod!

Sun - went out with Keira n her papa to Bugis Junction and Icon at Bugis...after that went to granny's house. By the time we got home, Keira already Zzzz.. and I had time to catch up on HK Movie Awards.. haha

However, I do have some pics to post here... taken on Sat n Sun.. Enjoy!

Sat early morning... papa put on his own cap, and decided to put on a cap for Keira too!

Sun morning... papa took out and washed the "plastic fruits" we bought for Keira... look at them! hehe....

and I think Keira loves her banana.... afterall....

Sunday Afternoon... after mama got a little better from her headache... we dolled Keira up (a think we dolled her up la and hopefully everyone else thought so too :p)... and headed for Bugis!

Well prepared mama... took out Keira's teething rusk... and Keira happily chewing it...hehe...

Mr Dentinox... Help my gal...

Am I such a bad mum or what...
Last nite, Keira was sleeping soundly by about 8pm... but started fussing in her room at 10pm...I went to check on her and she started crying, yelling at the top of her voice.."mama...mama...mama...arrghhh...mama..." .. (I think her called mama... hmm....)anyway.... so I tried to pat her to ZZzz... but she just couldn't stop! I carried her but she yelled even louder and bent her whole body backwards (like gymnastic) and I just cldn't comfort her! I told myself, she could have had a nightmare (a really bad one, must be!) ... so I carried her, comfort her...did whatever I can.. 1) sing, 2) carry & walked fast 3) pacifier ... and this went on for about 40 mins ... until she finally ZZzz... in my arms...

Today, I asked my fren (whom I knew from forum whose sweet gal is a day older than Keira) and she told me Keira could be feeling uncomfortable due to teething...and suggested that I apply dentinox on her gums to soothe her !! O-M----GOD! -- I have TOTALLY forgotten that this could beeeeeee the REASON! O-M---GOD- Goodness---GOD...!!! How could I have??? That moment, I felt so terrible about myself! My poor gal, she must have "suffered" so much discomfort for the past few days coz I simply, conveniently just did not even think abt T-E-E-T-H-I-N-G! OMG.
Thank goodness, my fren suggested that I get Dentinox and keep her calm from now onwards... that will really help soothe her! Immediately, I called my mum - got her to check on Keira to see if her gums were red etc... mum's replied was "her gums are hard" ... --- "HARD"??? what's that supposed to mean? Gosh! Mum calmly replied "hard" means teeth going to pop out sooonnn... Arrghh.. that's it! I am definitely going to get DENTINOX!

At Karin's house to pick up my little Keira this evening... and noticed that my dad put on Karin's hairband on Keira's head! Funny but I tot was cute...

And while i was snapping pics of Keira, ......my little niece Karin.... well.... as usual, wanted me to take pics of her!!!... and she even tried to 抢镜头 ... haha.... and check out poor Keira's face..... kanna squashed! haha... look at my poor Keira's eyes too.... *faint*

















And then... Karin took back her hairband..... and...look at what she did to herself... *faint* *faint*

In fact... Karin is rather sweet-looking.....minus all her 'trying-to-be-funny' faces! She is really adorable when she is obedient.. ;-). Very sensible too sometimes... eg. when Keira cries, she will tell her.. "lele... dun cry" ... or she will always want to kiss Keira... "enthusiastically"!!! It's also funny how Keira reacts her to cousin sometimes... just staring blankly at her while she was dancing, crying... just name it...











Looking at how sweet both of them were this evening... I can't resist the temptation of snapping a group foto... with....... well, the 2 Jokers! ....
arrghhhh.....................look at them....!!!! One trying to be funny eating her mini-cone ice cream while the other... trying to be funny showing me her side profile! *can die* man!

Papa vs Mama (the passport foto debate)

We had a mini debate over Keira's passport photo this evening. As you can see from my earlier blog, there really isn't that many "good" pics to select from... and both hb and I selected our preferred ones..... so.. here are our selections..... arrghhhh... we debated over which one to use for her passport application.... and... the verdict... is......

...... papa's choice!!!! Ok, I know Keira smiled in that pic, and she looks lively and happy... but look at her TONGUE!!!... she twisted her tongue! Do you think the immigration will accept this pic? Doesn't she look like she is trying to be funnie?

Keira's 1st trip to IKEA

We brought Keira the Terror to IKEA. She is always so excited the moment we walk out of our house door..always........ she knows we are bringing her out and she loves it - big time!

We had our late lunch at IKEA restaurant... ordered our fav chicken wings... as usual.... and Keira just couldn't keep her itchy-hands off our plates! Look at those "intense" eyes of hers... drooling over our plate of yummy chicken wings!

haha... well... all she could have then was a --- banana! hehe

hmm... her head looks kinda big here ya?

maybe I should work on my photo-taking skills ... well.... next time I will ask her papa to take instead... keke

After lunch, we started our shopping! Guess what... haha... we tried putting Keira onto the ikea cart!... ta ta... she's on it! very stable too! haa... Papa was busy going through the bathroom stuff.... while Keira was fiddling with the metal parts of the high-chair that we have gotten for her!

There she goes.... her usual "kay poh" self... now looking at what papa is doing..... *faint*
