Weighed Keira this evening and she has only put on 500gram over past 1 mth. Looks like I have to wait awhile more before I can invest in a front-facing car seat for my little terror. The "official" weight to qualify for front-facing car seat is 9kg...so I'd need to wait...
These 2 days, Keira has been rather obedient seating behind in her infant car seat. All I did was to give her fav-green-guitar-shaped teether before I drive, and I can see her entertaining herself, through the reflection from rear mirror. To encourage her good behaviour, I praised her right after we got off the car, although she probably doesn't understand what I am telling her . Doesn't matter... as long as she build this good behaviour, I am happy .
Lately, I have also been reading to Keira before bedtime. Over the past few nites, I have been reading the same book - entitled Mr Perfect! haha... as in... Mr Perfect, Mr Greedy, Mr Smiley etc etc... and yes, not kidding... this book is so simple with cute pictures of Mr Perfect and his story that I think it's good to read to Keira and for her to just look at these cute pictures of Mr Perfect! Afterall, being a mummy... I would hope Keira will be Miss Perfect someday..haha... Oh, the best part is, Mr Perfect book costs only $1 haha... cheap and good! Keira loves the book, she will let out a cutie laugh when I pass her the book...not sure what is the real reason but definitely not because of the story I was trying to read to her...
Yesterday, I went to bro's house to pick Keira back home... while there, I carried Keira for a while before getting my dinner... interesting enough... I was going to put K down on the sofa . when suddenly, she bent her knees, curled up her legs and refuse to sit... gosh... i was wondering if she picked this up from her 2.5 yrs cousin karin!
